Now, to try to answer your question: I'm finding that these logos just aren't readily available in crafting form that you can purchase and finish. However, checking in to the official websites of the various teams, each seems to have a gift shop that has items with the logos on them, such as sweatshirts, etc.

You can do the same thing I suggested that Terri do, which is to print a picture of the logo from one of the shirts, get it enlarged and trace your own pattern.
