This is my pride and joy! I could never sell or part with it! It took so long to finish it--I was constantly making changes to suit my fancy!

The bed has a canopy trimmed with lace--I gathered and sewed it all on by hand. The bed has a small mattress that I made with cotton batting--and I made the satin sheets to go on it also--along with the pillows and cases. The bed was cut from an old paint thinner can.

The vanity was made from a large spam can with a vintage compact mirror that was still contained in the lid--this was the first time I ever used soldering to hold my pieces together--but in this case it was the only way I could get the two to hold up. The top of vanity is a piece of thin foam covered with satin.

The stool was a spice can--the cushion was satin with cotton batting underneath. All metal pieces were sprayed painted a light gold to go with the taupe satin.
