Make a day in advance to allow the frosting to harden.

Begin by placing a small dab of frosting on one side of the candy wafer. Place the edge of a Lifesavers candy into the frosting. Let harden for several hours or overnight.

Place another dab of frosting on opposite side of the candy wafer. Secure the end of a jellybean in the center of the frosting. Let harden for several hours or overnight.

Slip ribbon through the hole of the Lifesavers candy and knot the ends.
