Sunflower seeds
Needle and thread
Clear spray
Newspaper
Soak the seeds in water for about 4 hours so they become soft enough to pierce with a needle for stringing.
Set the softened seeds on newspaper to drain before beginning to string them.
With the needle and thread, string the seeds, pushing the needle through the center of each seed.
Make the necklace long enough to slip over your head.
Tie the ends of the thread together.
For a shiny finish, spray the necklace with clear spray.
