This project is very easy and actually fun to make. This is a very inexpensive way to make favors that's actually unique.
This project works best with Dixie 5oz. (fun)cups.
-Using scissors, make two straight cuts down the cup measuring 1 inch apart. Make sure not to cut all the way down, leave at least a 1/4 inch from the bottom. Now, using a hole puncher, make 2 holes 1/4 inch apart on both sides of the cut. Next you may add ribbon or cording of your choice and lace like sneakers. When done lacing, cut at the top to make a slight angle (forming a "V"). Finally, fill with candies, or other goodies and enjoy your new "Baby Bootie"!
